Apply for a loan with Capital Good Fund

Capital Good Fund has an improved application process that will provide you with a rapid decision using the following information:
- Your bank history for the last 60 days
- Your income
- Your credit history, not your credit score
- Your requested loan amount

We use this information to determine the risk of the loan and to provide you with the quickest turnaround time. If your credit report is frozen with TransUnion, we ask that you exit the application at this time and return once the freeze has been officially lifted.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Before beginning the application you must ensure you are eligible to apply. Once the application is submitted, an automated hard credit pull will be conducted that will affect your credit score. If you are not eligible but applied anyway, you may be disqualified and the credit pull may be irreversible. 

How Do I Confirm I Am Eligible?
- Review our reapplying policy available HERE. If you are unsure of your eligibility call 866-584-3651 ext 302.
- Ensure you live in an eligible county. Check our website to review county restrictions if applicable to your state.
- Ensure you live in a qualifying state. Check our website for more information on eligible states.
- Ensure your credit report is not frozen with TransUnion.
- Ensure you have a qualifying bank account. We do not accept credit cards, prepaid cards, pay cards, government benefit cards, or tax cards.
- Ensure you have an income. A qualifying income is one that is active, recurring, and ideally can be verified through your bank account history.
- Ensure you are not late on your mortgage, child support payments, and that you do not have active bankruptcy.
- Ensure you have a Social Security Number or ITIN to apply.

How Does This Work?
- You will complete the application form.
- You will check your email for a link to connect your bank account. You must be the registered owner of this bank account. In addition, your bank account must be open and active for at least 60 days.
- After linking your bank account, you will monitor your email for a loan decision or disqualification email if applicable. 
- If you are approved for a loan, you will verify your identity and send us any additional requirements listed on the email.
- As soon as you complete requirements, we will send you the closing package within 24-48 business hours.
- After signing our contract, you will receive a deposit into your bank account within 1-2 business days, holidays excluded.
